Devotional
Another lie says, “I have sinned too badly for God to save me.” Satan loves to trap people in shame. He tells some they are good enough without Christ, and he tells others they are too bad for Christ. Both are lies.
Paul called himself the chief of sinners, yet God saved him and used him mightily. Peter denied Jesus, yet Jesus restored him. David committed terrible sins, yet when he repented, God forgave him. The Bible is filled with broken people who found mercy in a holy God.
The issue is not whether your sin is great. The issue is whether Christ is greater. And He is.
There is no stain so deep that the blood of Jesus cannot cleanse it. There is no past so dark that grace cannot reach it. If you will come to Christ in repentance and faith, He will not cast you out.

Reflection
- Have you believed that something in your past makes you unusable or unforgivable?
- Are you listening more to shame than to Scripture?
- Have you truly brought your sin to Christ?
Prayer
Lord Jesus, thank You for coming into the world to save sinners. I confess that my sin is real, but I believe Your grace is greater. Cleanse me, restore me, and help me walk in the freedom of forgiveness. Amen.

Read Psalm 51 today. Make David’s prayer of repentance your own, and thank God for His mercy.
