Renewed Strength Through Obedience

Scripture Reading: James 1:22 (KJV)
"But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves."

Devotional:
Obedience to God's Word is essential in our walk with Him. It's easy to hear the Word and yet do nothing about it. However, being a "doer" requires putting faith into action. Obedience can renew our strength because it aligns us with God's will and opens the door for His blessings.

Reflection:
Reflect on areas where you may be more of a hearer than a doer. How can you take active steps of obedience in your relationship with God today?

Prayer:
Father, I ask for the courage and strength to be a doer of Your Word. Let my actions be a reflection of my faith in You. Help me to apply what I learn from the Bible into every aspect of my life. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Action:
Identify one teaching or command from Scripture that you have heard but not yet acted upon, and take a step of obedience today.
