"And when the men of that place had knowledge of him, they sent out into all that country round about, and brought unto him all that were diseased; and besought him that they might only touch the hem of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole."
Devotional:
The story concludes with others recognizing Jesus and bringing the sick to be healed by Him. Having experienced Jesus’ power, the disciples could now be vessels for His work in others. Our storms can become testimonies that bring others to the healing touch of Jesus.
Reflection:
How can your experience of Jesus in the storm be a testimony to others about His faithfulness?
Prayer:
Lord, use my experiences to draw others to You. Help me be a testament to Your healing power and grace, and guide me as I share Your love with those who are hurting. Amen.
Action:
Reach out to someone you know who is struggling with their own storm. Share your testimony of how Jesus calmed your storm, and offer to pray with them.
